These forms were used by the company's product development department to document and communicate with the model makers, Banjo, who would sculpt the tool master model for the tool mould that would get shipped to the factory in China and also paint a master model of the figure for club approval and photography.

This document is significant as the Fan Favourites series introduced a new cheaper way of producing figures for Corinthian which involved heads and bodies being sculpted and produced separately rather than each master being sculpted entirely every time which was expensive. 

Every Corinthian fan favourites football figure released would either have a digital or paper sculpt and cast and paint request form. These are cool pieces of Corinthian football memorabilia for collectors of the figures.
