In the summer of 2025, Switzerland will welcome the football world to the UEFA Women's Euro. From July 2 to 27, the 14th edition of the European continental competition for women's football will be held in eight stadiums across the Alpine Republic.
The official sticker collection for the tournament will be released by Topps for the first time in the history of the Women's European Championships, following UEFA's decision to award the license for the national competitions to a new owner in 2022. This marks the second time Topps has released the official collection for a major tournament, having already been responsible for the European Championship collection for the men's tournament in Germany last year.
Women's football fans can look forward to an album featuring the 16 teams qualified for the tournament, for whom UEFA drew the final groups on December 16, 2024. Hosts Switzerland will welcome teams from Finland, Iceland, and Norway in the Scandinavian-majority Group A. In Group B, the favorites Spain will face Belgium, Italy, and Portugal. Germany will face Denmark, Poland, and Sweden in Group C, and defending champions England will face France, the Netherlands, and Wales in the highly competitive Group D.
The tournament will be played in eight cities, with stadiums with capacities ranging from 10,398 to 38,521. The largest arena, Basel's St. Jakobs Park, will host the opening match and the final. While the smaller stadiums in Lucerne, Sion, St. Gallen, and Thun will each host three group matches, the remaining group matches and all knockout matches will take place in the larger stadiums in Basel, Bern, Geneva, and Zurich.
The TOPPS UEFA Women's Euro 2025 sticker collection will be the official sticker collection of the tournament and will include a total of 308 stickers. In addition to the usual portrait stickers featuring players from all 16 teams, collectors can look forward to stickers featuring the crests of the associations and stickers featuring the stadiums of the eight host cities.
Special highlights among the special stickers with effects are the Shining Stars and Legends, which celebrate the pioneers of today and iconic players of the past.
The release date announced by the manufacturer for the TOPPS UEFA Women's EURO 2025 stickers is Thursday, May 22, 2025. JaqJnr will be shipping pre-orders of this product from Saturday 31st May 2025 to our Australian based customers.
