Corinthian Superstars Headliners GIOCHI PREZIOSI SPORT Retailer Advert #4 (1997)

Original copy of Giochi Preziosi's 4th advertisement - which was accompanied by a retail order form - for Corinthian Superstars Headliners football figures in Italy from 1997.

This advert exclusively features the Italian National Team - licensed by AIC - and showcases the first 12 players selected to be Corinthian football figures in the Azzurri blue.

Printed double-sided on 2 full colour pages, the front page follows the same format as the 2nd Corinthian Retailer Advert. Appearing on page 1 are Maldini, Peruzzi, Ravanelli and Di Matteo.

Page 2 features pictures of all 12 players included in the set, plus a tease for Filippo Inzaghi and other future arrivals including unreleased figures such as Dino Baggio.

Page 3 and 4 individually pictures all players providing details of their release date and details. Proposed release date is stated as September 1997 for this series.

This advert is printed on 2 high gloss full colour printed pieces of A4 paper. It would've been used to sell the range at toy shows and on retailer visits. It has holes punched into the left-hand side as this would have been part of Giochi's product sales folder. 

This is a cool piece of Italian football memorabilia and one that features the entire final wave of Corinthian Italian National Team football figures.
